Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with your entire order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund if the item was damaged, not as expected, or the wrong item. Please note that not all purchases are eligible to be returned for a refund or exchange.
Any promotional or discounted items are considered a "Final Sale" due to the limited nature of the offer and cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on gift cards, gift certificates, or perishable items even if unopened, special order merchandise, or large orders for corporations & gifts. If the item is defective please contact us for warranty information which can be found below.


Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with all original tags & labels attached. If any part of the return package is missing, the RMA request will be rejected.
It is essential that all returns are packaged well to prevent damage. The original manufacturer's carton (if possible), or a suitable box with appropriate padding is required when returning any watch via mail. All returns must include all packing material originally included with your purchase. If the item is returned to us with damage that was not noted when returned, the return will also be rejected.


Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at support@alphaaddict.coffee to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and, mail your return to the address provided in our return email follow-up.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Refunds
Once your return is received & inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account.


Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on perishable items such as our roasted coffee because it is difficult to ensure the product is in the same condition it was in when it left our facility. However, we are more than willing to work with you as the consumer to ensure an optimal experience. If you have a concern about a product please contact us at support@alphaaddict.coffee and we will do our best to accommodate your needs in order for you to be 100% satisfied with our perishable products from Alpha Addict Coffee Company.
