Our shipping and handling policy is a subsection of the Alpha Addict terms of service. We ask that you carefully review the service terms before checking out.
Shipping & Handling Time
We offer one shipping method: priority mail through USPS or UPS, depending on the address of the delivery and current third-party rates. Once shipped, your order should be delivered within 1 – 3 standard business shipping days. Alpha Addict also offers free shipping alongside our priority mail delivery services.

There are no additional fees for our handling process. Because of our small-batch coffee roasting process, we ask that you please allow an additional 1 – 2 weeks for the roasting and packaging of your coffee. For any non-perishable stock, such as apparel, gift cards, exclusive gifts, etc.
Restrictions
Alpha Addict doesn’t offer delivery anywhere outside of the United States, meaning there’s no international shipping option as of now.
Shipping Locations
Anywhere within the United States Territory, meaning any location outside of the U.S. is restricted.
Subscription Shipping
Our “Alpha Pack” subscription service grants the following reoccurring delivery times:
| New Moon – Every 7 days |
| First Quarter – Every 14 days |
| Full Moon – Every 21 days |
| Last Quarter – Every 30 days |
| Blue Moon – Every 60 days |

Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Returns are processed within 2-3 weeks after. If you have any questions about our return policy, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
